We are now looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence, build our online community, and attract new patients organically.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels, shorts, and YouTube videos (preferably using DSLR or high-quality equipment)
• Develop creative and engaging content strategies to increase followers, subscribers, and patient footfall
• Monitor analytics and insights to optimize content performance
• Coordinate with the clinic team for patient stories, educational content, and campaign ideas
• Handle community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and queries across platforms
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Creativity in storytelling and content presentation, preferably in healthcare/dental niche
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
• DSLR ownership is highly preferred
