Social Media Manager

Location: Dwarka Sector 14
Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)
Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate with graphic designer/video editor for creatives.
• Write captions, hashtags, and ensure brand tone.
• Manage paid promotions (boosting posts, running ads).
• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare reports.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain engagement with audience.
• Keep up with trends (Reels, trending hashtags, viral formats).
• Collaborate with marketing/sales team for lead generation campaigns.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic editing tools.
• Understanding of paid ads and promotions.
• Strong communication and writing skills (English & Hindi both preferred).
• Creativity + ability to bring fresh ideas for content.
