Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are a ladies’ ethnic wear brand by the name of NARANG ETHNICS offering a wide range of sarees, suits, lehengas, and bridal outfits. We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, reels, stories, posts) for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.

• Shoot basic videos/reels of products, behind-the-scenes, and store activities.

• Edit videos, add captions, music, and effects to make them engaging.

• Maintain brand aesthetics in all posts and stories.

• Respond to DMs/comments and engage with followers to grow the community.

• Track performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on trends in fashion & social media.

• Coordinate with the sales/store team for content ideas, launches, and promotions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail).

• Basic photography/videography skills (shooting with a phone or camera).

• Proficiency in editing apps (InShot, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.).

• Good sense of design, trends, and storytelling for Instagram reels.

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Enthusiastic, creative, and able to work independently.
