Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms and will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Design and execute monthly content calendars
• Manage day-to-day interactions with followers; respond to comments and DMs
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors
• Run basic paid ad campaigns (Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads)
• Collaborate with the design team for creatives and videos
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically and through paid campaigns
• Handle brand reputation and online presence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of all social media tasks
• Creative mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Knowledge of SEO for social media captions and hashtags

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
