Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

Job Summary:
As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for design, and possesses a strong understanding of the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and vision.
• Content Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and growth.
• Social Media Management: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging trends in social media marketing and the education industry. Implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Design Work: Create visually appealing templates and presentations using design tools such as Canva, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications:

• Passion & Drive: Self-motivated with a strong passion for social media and content creation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with various social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
• Design Skills: Familiarity with design software such as Canva, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop (proficiency in all is not mandatory).
