Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing brand presence, boosting engagement, and driving lead generation/revenue through strategic use of social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute content creation, planning, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns using Ads Manager and other tools.
- Create content calendars and develop engaging posts, reels, and videos based on trends.
- Build and manage online communities by ensuring consistent audience engagement.
- Track performance through analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.) and prepare reports with improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to deliver visually appealing content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube marketing.
- Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies as well as paid ads.
- Content writing skills with basic knowledge of graphic/video editing (preferred).
- Good understanding of hashtags, keywords, and trending topics.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in NGO, political campaigns, or spiritual content.
- Knowledge of influencer collaboration and PR handling.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and broader SMM strategies.
