Job Title: Marketing Manager
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month

Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

Idara Al-Khair Welfare Society is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media, public relations, and donor communications, with the ability to lead campaigns that build awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies.
• Manage social media, website, newsletters, and donor communications.
• Coordinate media relations and press releases.
• Plan awareness campaigns, events, and advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with fundraising and program teams for donor appeals.
• Lead creative direction for posts, reels, and storytelling.
• Monitor campaign performance and introduce new ideas.
• Review and approve content to maintain quality and consistency.
• Train staff on storytelling and digital communication.
• Represent Idara Al-Khair at events and donor meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications (NGO experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent writing, content creation, and storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on experience with digital media, PR, and donor communications.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
