Role Description

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end social media operations, creating engaging content, managing a team, and ensuring impactful client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, proven experience in building high-performing campaigns, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective social media strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership, client management skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead, develop, and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and client goals.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of social media, content creators, and Graphic Designers to achieve targets.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and build community engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Track, analyse, and present detailed performance reports to management and clients with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong expertise in social media marketing, digital strategy, and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign optimization
• Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
