Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will manage digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube while executing comprehensive on-site branding strategies. This role combines content creation, graphic design, site documentation, and strategic social media management to support the company's goal of acquiring projects through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Account Management
- Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Track engagement metrics and follower growth across all platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice and professional representation
2. Content Creation & Production
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos for social media uploads
- Create engaging reels, stories, and video content showcasing projects
- Edit videos and photos for optimal social media performance
- Document all construction milestones and ceremonies with branded elements
3. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
- Create company brochures and marketing collateral using Canva
- Design social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials
- Develop branded content templates for consistent visual identity
- Prepare one-page brochures for distribution at site events
4. Site Travel & Event Documentation
- Travel regularly to different construction sites for content creation
- Document and coordinate branding for key ceremonies:
- Stone Laying Ceremony: Capture clients with branded flex backdrop, document ceremony details, collect video testimonials
- Door Frame Erection Ceremony: Photograph decorated door frames, document pooja activities, capture client interactions
- House Warming Ceremony: Document events, network with attendees, collect testimonials
- Ensure proper branded setup (flex boards, chairs with covers, signage) at all events
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain labor dress code standards (branded t-shirts, safety helmets)
5. Content Scheduling & Consistency
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all platforms
- Schedule posts to maintain 3-5 posts per week consistency
- Plan content around project milestones and ceremonial events
- Maintain regular engagement with audience
6. Brand Implementation & Standards
- Ensure branded name boards with lighting are prominently displayed at project sites
- Coordinate branded uniform distribution (company t-shirts, safety gear)
- Supervise branded setup for ceremonies (flex boards, chair covers, creative props)
- Collect client testimonials and encourage Google reviews with project photos
7. Post-Project Activities
- Collect authentic client testimonials with guidance for engaging responses
- Request and facilitate Google reviews with completed project images
- Create portfolio content showcasing before/after transformations
- Document completed projects for marketing use
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital camera operation and mobile photography/videography
- Video shooting and editing capabilities for reels and social content
- Advanced skills in Canva for graphic design and marketing materials
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and analytics
Professional Skills:
- Minimum 0-2 years experience in social media management (construction/architecture preferred)
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities
- Excellent organizational skills for event coordination and content planning
- Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and testimonial collection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of construction industry processes and terminology
- Experience with event coordination and branding implementation
- Basic knowledge of photography composition and lighting

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain event coordination kits with branded materials for ceremonies
- Collaborate with BDM to convert social media leads into project inquiries
- Conduct periodic branding audits to ensure standards compliance
- Train site teams on proper branded presentation during content creation
- Coordinate with project managers for optimal timing of ceremony documentation
