With over 1.5 billion views across our social channels, we’re now hiring a Social Media Manager — a creative self-starter who lives and breathes content, trends, and community.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s equal parts creative and strategic. You’ll run daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and (minor) LinkedIn, turning bold ideas into engaging posts that grow our community and shape our visual universe.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and publish content across multiple brands
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and analytics
• Collaborate and brainstorm with founders and creative team on campaigns
• Stay on top of trends and cultural moments
• Assist with filming on iPhone and editing content with our editor
• Share new ideas for content (video, photos, live, etc) on a bi-weekly basis

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience managing a brand, agency, or personal brand on social media.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual sense
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and occasionally attending events or shoots in Miami.
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Skilled with scheduling + analytics tools (Later, Sprout, etc.)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Based in or able to work in Miami (Hybrid)
