Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a cross-platform social media strategy (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), defining KPIs and identifying target audiences.
- Content Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (insights, news, educational resources) via a content calendar, ensuring tailoring for each platform.
- Community & Engagement: Monitor and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages while moderating discussions professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Crucially, ensure all content and communication strictly adhere to financial industry regulations (e.g., SEBI/AMFI guidelines, disclaimers, no promises of specific returns).
- Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders, using data to optimize future efforts.
- Brand & Voice: Maintain a consistent, credible, and trustworthy brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all online channels.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation, managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, HR, and Operations departments for a cohesive and compliant online presence.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
