Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for managing IABI’s social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding, high engagement, and continuous growth of our online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow IABI’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Post daily content across all platforms, ensuring relevance, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Design and edit high-quality visuals, including photos, videos, infographics, reels, and shorts.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms, maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
  • Engage with followers, industry pages, and partner accounts to boost visibility and audience interaction.
  • Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align campaigns with ongoing promotions and events.
  • Stay current on social media trends, aviation market topics, and algorithm updates to enhance engagement and reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management for a brand, preferably in the aviation, education, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills, including proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools).
  • Experience creating reels, shorts, and viral-style video content optimized for engagement.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with aviation or travel industry trends.
  • Experience running or supporting paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy.
