About the Role:
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of Proffer social media presence across all key platforms. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, platform expertise as well as a good understanding of content tone and relevance. You’ll be instrumental in growing our audience, driving engagement, and amplifying key campaigns to support brand, content, and business goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with brand marketing, creative, content, CRM, and performance teams to ensure a consistent digital voice for Proffer across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the social media strategy for Proffer to support brand positioning, Unique Selling Propositions and business goals.
Lead the content calendar planning across all platforms, aligned with content priorities and marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for platform-specific growth, community building, and brand differentiation.
Content Development and Execution
Collaborate with in-house creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact, locally relevant social content.
Oversee day-to-day publishing and community management, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with followers.
Supervising the video production process
Drafting technical tasks for video editing for both long and short clips
Campaign Amplification
Partner with brand and content teams to integrate social into campaign planning and amplification strategies
Support paid social strategy and execution to maximize reach and ROI across platforms.
Coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators
Work with UGC and organic reach
Performance & Optimisation
Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and optimizations.
Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practice
Use audience insights and analytics tools to inform strategy and creative development.
Qualifications and Experience
Educations: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
Experience: 4-5 years of experience managing social media in UAE (preferably in real estate)
Proven track record in building, engaging, and growing audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Strong understanding of creative storytelling, platform trends, and digital consumer behaviour in the MENA region.
Experience working with influencers and social media creators.
Familiarity with publishing and analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
Fluency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
