Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Research target audience, market trends, and competitor activities to create impactful campaigns.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics for social media activities.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Work with creative and content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
  • Manage brand reputation and handle queries/feedback professionally.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Strong creative thinking, copy writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,487.32 - ₹30,513.79 per month
