Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Research target audience, market trends, and competitor activities to create impactful campaigns.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for social media activities.
Content & Campaign Management
- Work with creative and content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
Community Engagement
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
- Manage brand reputation and handle queries/feedback professionally.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Strong creative thinking, copy writing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,487.32 - ₹30,513.79 per month
