Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be the driving force behind Voyager's digital storytelling, developing and executing dynamic, differentiated strategies that cut through the noise and deliver measurable results. This role blends creativity and analytics, crafting compelling narratives that reflect Voyager's pioneering spirit across platforms: LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator, with the ability to transform complex aerospace and defense innovation into scroll-stopping content, drive engagement with data-backed insights, and build an active community of advocates and enthusiasts. Success in this role will be defined by growth in audiences across channels, engagement and conversion.
