Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize content using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras.
• Create engaging multimedia content (photos, reels, short videos, stories) that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent visual and brand identity.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media, photography, and videography.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or equivalent social media management tools.
• Strong skills in photography and videography, including shooting with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, etc.).
• Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and basic photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
