Develop and execute strategic social media plans across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Align social media initiatives with overall marketing and brand strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Plan and implement social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Content Creation & Community Engagement

Create, curate, and oversee high-quality visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging videos, graphics, and storytelling content.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.

Generate detailed reports and insights to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to enhance content performance.
Paid Campaigns & Advertising

Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.

Utilize platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to run targeted campaigns.

Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions for improving reach and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, PR, creative) to ensure cross-channel consistency and seamless campaign execution.

Proactively suggest new content formats, engagement tactics, and platform opportunities to enhance brand storytelling.
Key Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Ability to create visually compelling content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).

Proven track record in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.

Strong creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
