We’re looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Social Media Manager to help us expand our online presence, grow engagement, and tell our story across every platform.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and execute monthly social campaigns, events, and giveaways that drive engagement and leads
• Build the content calendar and coordinate with leadership, agents, and marketing partners
• Capture and edit short-form videos, property spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and agent features
• Manage social media ads and analyze performance metrics to optimize growth
• Stay on top of real estate, lifestyle, and social media trends to keep our brand fresh
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to engage our audience in real time

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing (Reels/TikTok), and copywriting
• Understanding of social media analytics and paid ad performance
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Passion for real estate, lifestyle content, and community engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
