Experience: 3–6 Years

The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the company’s presence across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads. The role involves strategic planning, content creation, campaign management, analytics tracking, and coordination with internal teams and creative agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and campaigns.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for high-quality creatives.
  • Write impactful captions, hashtags, and ad copies suited for each platform.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and style.

3. Platform Management

  • Manage daily posting and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

4. Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Work with the marketing team to support project launches and brand promotions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies for improving engagement and conversions.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations when applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, and analytics dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising and SEO is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
