About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support content execution for one of our studio clients in the health and wellness space.

You’ll help bring our creative direction to life through consistent posting, light editing, community engagement, and analytics tracking — helping maintain a cohesive, intentional, and aesthetically aligned digital presence.

This role is perfect for someone who loves content, has a strong eye for design and storytelling, and enjoys managing the small details that make big creative visions come to life.

Responsibilities (approx. 5 hours/week)

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram (Reels, Feed, Stories).
  • Write and format captions that align with the brand voice.
  • Perform light video editing (optional – trimming, adding text overlays in Reels or CapCut).
  • Engage with the community: reply to comments and DMs, and interact with followers.
  • Pull weekly performance insights and highlight top-performing content.
  • Support bi-weekly studio shoots (optional, if local).

Skills & Tools

  • Proficient with Instagram and TikTok; understands current content trends.
  • Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Lightroom Mobile is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, visual eye, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • A proactive self-starter who works independently and meets deadlines.
