Key Responsibilities

● Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media

strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and

sales across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

● Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand

content including photos, videos, blog posts, and stories. Oversee the creation of

content calendars, ensuring consistency and timely posting across all social media

channels.

● Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels daily, responding to

comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and engaging manner. Foster a

sense of community around the brand, interacting with customers and influencers to

strengthen relationships.

● Social Media Advertising: Manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and

generate leads. Analyze the performance of campaigns, optimize targeting, and

manage budgets.

● Brand Growth & Influencer Relations: Identify and engage with relevant

influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to extend the brand's reach

and enhance product promotion. Develop influencer partnerships and campaigns that

drive customer interest and engagement.

● Performance Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report key

metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, conversions) to assess

the success of social media campaigns. Use insights to adjust strategies for

continuous improvement.

● Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: Stay ahead of social media trends,

emerging platforms, and industry shifts, applying this knowledge to refine and evolve

social media strategies.

● Collaboration & Cross-functional Support: Work closely with the marketing, PR,

and creative teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing

efforts, product launches, and promotions. Provide social media support for events,

seasonal campaigns, and new product introductions.

● Crisis Management: Address any negative comments or online crises in a timely

and professional manner, preserving the brand's reputation and maintaining

customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a

related field.

● Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience managing social media for a food &

beverage brand, restaurant group, or similar industry.

● Skills:

○ Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,

Twitter, Pinterest).

○ Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.

○ Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a good eye for visual

aesthetics.

○ Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social,

Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights,

Facebook Ads Manager).

○ Knowledge of the F&B industry and current trends, with a passion for food,

drink, and hospitality.

○ Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate

actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
