Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand presence.
• Manage end-to-end content creation — including YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, and stories.
• Create engaging thumbnails, titles, and captions that boost click-through and engagement rates.
• Optimize YouTube and website content using SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign success and ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and viral formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, analytics, and digital trends.
• Expertise in video editing, thumbnail design, and content optimization.
• Creative thinker with storytelling ability and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
