Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy aligned to TripFactory’s brand, marketing and business goals (e.g., awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Own the social content calendar: schedule posts, plan campaigns (seasonal, destination-specific, promotional), coordinate with design/creative teams.
  • Create high-quality content: posts, carousels, stories/reels, short-form video, blogs or captions tailored for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage community engagement: monitor comments, messages, mentions; respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner; foster a vibrant online community of travellers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative/design, product and operations teams to align messaging, promotions and visuals.
  • Track performance: use analytics tools to monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, ROI), generate reports, draw insights and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform changes, emerging formats (e.g., reels, shorts, live streams), and bring fresh, travel-industry-centric ideas.
  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across platforms; ensure visuals and copy reflect TripFactory’s brand identity and travel ethos.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (optional/based on seniority) – target audiences, optimise budgets, test creative formats.
  • Identify and manage collaborations/influencer engagements or user-generated content initiatives relevant to travel and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
