We specialize in ERP software, IT infrastructure, CCTV systems, data management, and digital marketing services. Our Social Media Department handles creative brand building, content strategy, campaign management, and performance analytics for multiple clients across industries.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing multiple brand accounts, creating content strategies, leading creative teams, and optimizing campaigns for performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan and create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Supervise and coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling and publishing posts.
• Run paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Engage with online communities and handle customer queries/comments professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals.
• Create monthly performance reports and present campaign outcomes to clients or management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing brand pages and paid ad campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads / YouTube Studio
• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Hootsuite / Buffer / Later / Trello / Asana
• Google Analytics / Meta Insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of influencer collaborations and performance marketing.
• Experience in team leadership and client communication.
