Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media calendars, daily posts, and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write creative content, captions, hashtags, and email notifications for events, sales, and collaborations.
• Respond to social media comments and reviews; coordinate with CRM for issue resolutions.
• Manage Shopify listings, banners, inventory updates, and affiliate approvals.
• Source influencers, handle collaboration planning, and schedule content.
• Review and approve graphics, video content, and website UI designs.
• Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and new marketing ideas.
• Prepare social media analytics and sales reports; oversee ad creatives and campaign strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
