Roles
- Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy.
- Manage brand presence across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Act as the main point of contact for social media communications and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize social media performance.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and videos.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Manage the social media content calendar.
Community Management
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries.
- Build and nurture online communities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and insights to guide future strategies.
Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Optimize ad performance and manage budgets.
- Brand Reputation
- Monitor mentions and conversations about the brand.
- Handle crises or negative feedback professionally and promptly.
- Strategy & Growth
- Identify new opportunities and platforms for brand growth.
- Conduct research on audience behavior and emerging trends.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with influencers, brand partners, and creative teams.
- Support broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
