A fast-growing civil engineering consulting firm is expanding its team. The firm is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as a social media manager.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to oversee our Facebook and Instagram, and other social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be up to date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms to drive engagement to enhance our online presence and showcase our projects, expertise, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage content.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages to build a strong online community.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to optimize reach and visibility.
• Collaborate with engineers and the marketing team to highlight key projects and company milestones.
• Run targeted social media ad campaigns to reach potential clients, partners, and talent.
• Track performance analytics and provide regular reports on audience growth and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram for brands or businesses.
• Must be educated in a Convent/English medium school and have excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media managing.
• Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience in Sales.
