Position: Social Media Manager
Location: On-site (Gulberg, Lahore)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design and produce visually appealing posts, reels, and stories optimized for each platform.
• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Develop and execute monthly content strategies and calendars.
• Analyze performance metrics and social media insights to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm updates.
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and feedback management.
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal review.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetics and brand understanding.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of trending content formats and engagement strategies.
