Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve engagement.
Content Creation
- Oversee content creation including static posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters for high-quality output.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, DMs, and queries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with the audience to build a strong community and brand loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activities and conversations related to the brand.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Optimize content based on analytics and platform algorithms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and creators for promotions.

Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge.
- Experience with influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
