Key Responsibilities
1. Trend Research & Content Ideation
- Continuously research and identify trending topics, formats and ideas relevant to each client’s industry.
- Recommend innovative content ideas to maintain client engagement and brand relevance.
2. Creative Direction & Team Coordination
- Manage and guide the design and creative team, ensuring they deliver concepts and assets aligned with client needs.
- Provide clear briefs, feedback and creative direction to maintain high-quality outputs.
3. Planning & Roadmap Development
- Create monthly/quarterly content calendars, roadmaps and videoshoot plans for each client.
- Strategize marketing approaches for products or services, ensuring alignment with client goals.
4. Content Upload & Platform Management
- Upload and schedule approved content on relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions and optimize posting times for maximum reach.
5. Client Communication & Approvals
- Maintain professional communication with clients to secure content approvals before publishing.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients as required.
6. On-Camera & Video Participation
- Act, model, or appear in videos according to approved scripts when necessary to enhance brand storytelling.
7. Video Production Coordination
- Organize and coordinate with the team for video shoots as per the content plan.
- Ensure all shoot requirements (locations, props, crew) are prepared in advance.
8. BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) & B-Roll Content Creation
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and B-roll content for use in reels, stories and other formats.
- Manage and execute story updates and video edits for timely posting.
9. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor the performance of social media content and adjust strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.
