Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies to drive brand and product discovery, customer engagement, and follower growth across key channels — especially TikTok in the Saudi Arabia market .
  • Develop and implement localized social media strategies aligned with Saudi consumers’ culture, language, and digital behavior.
  • Create and maintain a high-quality brand image across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube , and emerging regional platforms.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and Saudi social media culture , identifying relevant local trends, hashtags, and moments to enhance brand awareness and preference.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation by tracking comments and online sentiment in Arabic and English, ensuring timely engagement and crisis handling.
  • Manage all digital assets (websites, landing pages, fan pages, YouTube channel, and media assets) for consistent branding and optimized performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics and KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices for social media content creation, publishing guidelines, and channel growth strategies.
  • Localize global content and ensure effective adaptation and promotion for the Saudi market .


Business Skills Needed

  • Proven hands-on experience managing social media campaigns in the Saudi market , with strong understanding of local consumer behavior and digital trends .
  • Demonstrated innovation in TikTok and Meta content strategy and campaign execution — from creative ideation to performance tracking.
  • Strong ability to set social media strategy and creative direction with measurable impact.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities; comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing , preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region .
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok platform algorithms, content trends, and creator ecosystem .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus) .
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and executing branded content in the Saudi market.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in engagement and conversion through localized campaigns.
  • Experience working with multicultural or regional marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi youth culture and local online communities.
