Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage SprintX’s online presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our audience, running campaigns, and strengthening the brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strong social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, queries, and messages
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and brand awareness
• Work closely with design, marketing, and HR teams for coordinated content
• Track performance through insights/analytics and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Manage company brand voice and maintain consistency across platforms
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate on influencer and community-building initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
• Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, and scheduling platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tech/startup industry
• Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Basic SEO understanding
• Photography/videography skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
