Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and client-facing Social Media Manager who can handle client communication, drive content direction, and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple fashion and lifestyle brand accounts with a consulting mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communication and provide strategic recommendations
- Develop monthly content calendars, concepts, and directions aligned with brand identity
- Oversee content production (Reels, shoots, graphics) and coordinate with designers/photographers
- Publish and manage posts, stories, and community engagement across all platforms
- Analyze performance data and optimize for growth in reach, engagement, and conversions
- Stay updated with trends, competitors, and platform best practices
- Lead reviews, presentations, and monthly performance discussions with clients
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Strong client handling skills with a consulting approach
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret insights and take action
- Excellent content direction, storytelling, and copywriting abilities
- Fluent in both English & Arabic (mandatory)
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut)
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
