Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manager who can independently plan, execute and manage social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and confident in creating content that performs well across platforms.

This role requires daily hands-on management of content, trend research, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategy and content calendar for each brand/client.
• Create engaging and on-trend content ideas (Reels concepts, story ideas, creatives references).
• Write captions that match brand tone + improve engagement & reach.
• Manage daily posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, DM’s & audience queries professionally.
• Track performance through analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth etc.)
• Prepare weekly & monthly client performance reports.
• Work closely with graphic designers / video editors for creative execution.
• Coordinate with internal marketing team for campaigns, paid ads, lead generation (if required).
• Research competitor pages, industry trends and create fresh ideas based on market changes.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years experience in social media management / digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and latest trending content.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Basic designing knowledge using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to brainstorm creative concepts & plan content structures.
• Must be organized, deadline-driven, and capable of multitasking.

Preferred Skills

• Reel editing / short-form video knowledge
• Canva design skills
• Basic photo/video editing
• Creative copywriting
• Basic understanding of paid ads and targeting (not mandatory but added advantage)
