Social Media Manager
to lead our brand’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. This isn’t just about posting, it’s about
creating impact
, building community, and helping us grow demand in the B2B events space. You'll also play a key role in
shaping the online voice of our CEO
, helping him build thought leadership and expand his LinkedIn following through engaging, relevant content.
1. Social Content Ownership

Own and manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and performance tracking across all social platforms

Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Maintain and update a strategic content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and industry moments

Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, blogs, videos) into snackable assets like reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, and quote graphics

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure messaging and visuals are aligned across all channels
2. Executive Thought Leadership for Brand Visibility

Create strategic LinkedIn content in collaboration with the CEO to spotlight vFairs’ industry presence, innovations, and company culture

Develop a consistent stream of thought leadership posts that contribute to vFairs’ brand awareness and credibility in the B2B event tech space

Align CEO-led content with broader marketing initiatives to support demand generation and audience growth on LinkedIn
3. Campaign and Event Support

Assist in guest outreach and communications for the vFairs podcast

Develop social media campaigns for key events (e.g., IMEX, ETL, DiscoverNext)

Draft and promote award nominations and related announcements across platforms

Support demand generation campaigns by amplifying them through relevant social content and storytelling
4. Community and Industry Engagement

Monitor and respond to audience comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms

Engage with event professionals, influencers, and partners to build a stronger online presence and an event industry community
What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in B2B social media management (preferably SaaS or tech)

Proven ability to write and ghostwrite for executive-level personal brands
-
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a thought leadership and lead gen platform

Experience turning long-form content into micro-content for social
-
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple departments
-
Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools (like HubSpot), analytics tools, or light graphic designing skills
