We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead, implement, and optimise high-impact social media strategies for our clients across India. This role combines strategy, execution, team leadership, analytics, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and steer effective social media strategies and campaigns for client accounts across India
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee day-to-day social media activities including ideation, content review, copywriting, design coordination, proposals, and reporting
- Lead, guide, and train the support team managing content and operations
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare platform-wise reports and insights
- Conduct social media audits, competitive research, and trend analysis
- Use monitoring and analytics tools to optimise performance and engagement
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, platform updates, and marketing technologies
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong grasp of major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and community forums
- Understanding of B2C marketing; B2B and client servicing exposure is an advantage
- Experience managing social media for brands, preferably including B2B accounts
- Comfortable with analytics, reporting dashboards, optimisation techniques, and campaign execution end-to-end
- Ability to write, present, and communicate clearly in English
- Tech-savvy mindset with interest in new tools and digital developments
