Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions and manage online communities.
- Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to meet performance targets.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated on social trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, campaign ideas, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or similar tools is a plus.
