Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on generating quality leads for our business.
• Ad Management: Run targeted paid social media ads, focusing on converting leads rather than just boosting content.
• Campaign Strategy: Create and implement effective lead generation strategies across social media platforms.
• Content Optimization: Analyze audience behavior and optimize posts, ads, and landing pages to ensure they are converting high-quality leads.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and measure the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns that result in lead conversion (not just engagement).
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Ability to create and execute strategies that directly contribute to business growth through quality lead acquisition.
• Experience with social media tools and analytics to track ROI and lead generation success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
