Role Overview: BOET is seeking a sharp, creative, and strategically minded Social media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence across India. You will identify premium influencers, negotiate impactful collaborations, and build a strong creator ecosystem that reflects BOET’s luxury positioning in the faucet and bathware category. Key Responsibilities: Identify and shortlist lifestyle, luxury, home décor, architecture, and interior design influencers across India. Conduct professional outreach and present BOET’s brand story with confidence and authority. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with brand goals. Plan and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring content reflects BOET’s premium aesthetic. Track performance, measure ROI, and prepare structured reporting. Maintain a well-organized influencer database and relationship pipeline. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators to keep BOET ahead in the digital space. Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, especially in lifestyle/luxury/interior categories. Ability to evaluate influencer authenticity, engagement, and brand fit. Highly organized, creative, and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience in influencer marketing or social media is preferred, not mandatory. Experience: 0–2 years Work Mode: Remote + Travel for influencer shoots/events if required

Pay: ₹12,923.83 - ₹46,331.17 per month
