About the Role

FNEL is seeking a talented Social Media Manager who can blend creativity with financial understanding. The ideal candidate can take complex PSX-related data, market insights, and financial concepts—and convert them into visually engaging, easy-to-understand, and client-attractive content across all our social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow FNEL’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & X (Twitter).

Convert complex financial data, PSX updates, technical analysis, and market insights into engaging daily posts, reels, and stories.

Strategically plan monthly content calendars aligned with FNEL’s brand and goals.

Run and optimize paid ads to attract new investors, minors’ accounts, and general clients.

Integrate and utilize advanced social media AI tools (e.g., automation, scheduling, AI editing, content generation).

Increase engagement, reach, and lead generation for FNEL’s brokerage operations.

Collaborate with analysts & management to ensure accuracy in financial content.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to keep FNEL ahead.

Job Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.

Strong ability to integrate and simplify financial/stock market data into social media-friendly content.

Ability to understand and quickly implement AI-based tools for social content creation, automation, and analytics.

Excellent content creation skills (graphics, reels, captions, infographics, market insights).

Strong command of English & Urdu writing.

Creativity, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) is a major plus.
