Naxavia is seeking a dynamic and creative female Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, digital trends, and content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, engage with audiences, and monitor growth metrics.
- Manage US-based clients and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
- Design and produce visually appealing content using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Manage paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong creative instincts with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Expertise in design software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
