Social Media Manager

A social media manager is responsible for creating and implementing a company's social media strategy to build brand awareness and engage with customers. Key duties include developing content, managing social media campaigns, responding to followers, analyzing performance metrics, and staying current on trends. Depending on the company's size, this role can range from hands-on content creation to high-level strategy planning and team management. Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Content creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for all social media platforms.
• Community engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users' comments, messages, and other interactions to build a strong community.
• Campaign management: Plan and launch social media campaigns, which may include managing paid social media advertising.
• Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and use the data to adjust and optimize strategies.
• Brand consistency: Ensure the brand's message and voice are consistent across all social media platforms.
• Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
