We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage the online presence and performance of the following brands:

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end social media management, content creation, advertising, analytics, SEO, and strategic brand storytelling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Page Management
- Profile setup & optimization (bio, handle consistency, CTAs, highlights)
- Monthly content calendar & post scheduling
- Community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
- Maintain brand tonality, aesthetic, and cross-page harmony
- Customer sentiment tracking (what’s working, what’s not)
2. Platform Management
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Google My Business (reviews, photos, Q&A, posts)
- LinkedIn
3. Promotions & Advertising
- Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Retargeting & remarketing (via Meta Pixel + GTM)
- Campaign ROI tracking and reporting
- WhatsApp Broadcast / Quick Campaigns
- Seasonal & festival campaign bursts
4. Social Media Strategy
- Brand storytelling framework per sub-brand (tone, personality, audience)
- Monthly content pillars (heritage, celebration, catering, coffee, lifestyle)
- Influencer collaborations & brand advocates
- Trend-based reels & topical campaigns
- Seasonal calendar (festivals, store events, launches)
5. Content Management
- Photo, video & reel production (shoot planning + post-production)
- Caption writing aligned with tone & brand emotion
- Hashtag strategy, discoverability, and reach tracking
- Content reuse strategy (YT Shorts, stories, highlights, reels, etc.)
- Cross-collaboration with in-store events / product launches
6. Ad Optimization
- A/B testing: creatives, targeting, copy
- Conversion rate optimization (CTR, CPC, CPA metrics)
- Funnel creation (awareness → engagement → lead → sale)
- Monthly campaign review with actionable insights
7. SEO Strategy
- Keyword research (core + long-tail + local intent)
- On-page SEO (meta tags, headings, site speed, content updates)
- Local SEO: GMB ranking, regional backlinks, review management
- Geo-targeting: Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, etc.
- Blogging strategy for long-term traffic growth
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Monthly performance dashboard (across all brands)
- Social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Google Analytics / GMB insights
- Campaign ROI & trend analysis
- Recommendations & learnings for next month
9. Competitor Analysis
- Regular competitor monitoring across platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
