Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should excel in content creation, campaign execution, copywriting, and managing multi-platform digital communications. This role involves driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create engaging, visually appealing, and brand-consistent content for all social platforms.
  • Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.

2. Social Media Management & Posting

  • Manage day-to-day posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
  • Respond to community interactions when required.

3. Advertisement Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertisement campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and ensure ROI-driven growth.

4. SEO-Friendly Website Content

  • Write and update website content with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • Collaborate with the SEO/Tech team to improve website ranking and keyword performance.

5. Copywriting

  • Write compelling copies for ads, emails, website pages, social media posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
  • Maintain tone, clarity, and messaging consistency across all content.

6. Influencer Marketing Coordination

  • Create influencer scripts, briefs, communication guidelines, and expected deliverables.
  • Support in identifying relevant influencers and managing influencer deliverables.

7. Product Features & Script Writing

  • Develop product-focused content, feature highlights, and scripts for videos, product explainers, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with design and video teams to ensure accurate representation of brand messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong command over English content writing and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
