Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and target audience within the migration and legal services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance online visibility and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence across digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.
3. Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience.
- Manage content calendars, blogs, newsletters, and digital assets to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand’s presence and foster audience engagement.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure impactful, on-brand messaging across all platforms.
5. Website and SEO Optimization:
- Manage website updates, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with marketing goals.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Define KPIs for digital initiatives and measure success using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights for improving performance and meeting objectives.
7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, service development, and external agencies, to execute cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Lead a team of digital marketers and provide guidance to enhance productivity and creativity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the service-based industry.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
