Role Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all social media activities across our platforms. The candidate must have strong experience in creating real estate content, managing day-to-day posting, engaging with audiences, and handling sponsored ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.). Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow Dominion Real Estate’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan monthly content calendars aligned with company objectives and project launches. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and sales teams to produce engaging property-focused content. Write captions, hashtags, and real estate–appropriate messaging. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain consistent branding and tone across all platforms. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management Create, set up, and run paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation. Track KPIs such as cost-per-lead (CPL), reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analytics & Strategy Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign and content performance. Propose new strategies, creative ideas, and optimizations to improve brand visibility and lead quality. Stay up to date with social media trends, competitors, and market changes in the real estate sector. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in real estate or related industries. Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Ability to analyze data and make results-driven decisions. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience Previous real estate marketing experience. Knowledge of CRM systems for lead management. Experience in creating landing pages or managing website updates (optional). Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
