Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in content creation, trend identification, and audience engagement.

You will be responsible for planning, producing, scheduling, and optimizing content that strengthens our brand identity and drives digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Develop creative ideas, short-form videos, and high-performing reels
• Manage community interactions: comments, DMs, reviews, and real-time engagement
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Run basic social media ads (optional)
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong content creation skills (reels, videos, stories)
• Basic design skills (Canva required; Photoshop is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and creativity
• Strong understanding of social media analytics & insights
• Ability to grow accounts and drive engagement
