Social Media Manager

HashTech Ltd is seeking a creative, Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. We aren’t just looking for someone to post pictures we need a strategist who understands brand voice, engagement, and how to turn followers into a community.

What You Will Do:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with our goals.
• Platform Management: End-to-end management of our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook accounts.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging visuals, captions, and short-form videos. You will be responsible for creating funny, collaborative, and culture-building Reels involving the team to build our brand presence.
• Community Engagement: Actively reply to comments and messages, maintaining our brand's professional tone.
• Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates to keep HashTech relevant.

What We Are Looking For:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Strong portfolio showing past campaigns or accounts managed.
• Excellent copywriting skills (English).
• Ability to work autonomously, We value results over micromanagement.
