Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media and digital marketing strategies. You will work to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive growth across various digital channels. Your role will also involve coordinating with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with social media interactions and communities.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and performance.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Develop and optimize content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Manage PPC campaigns and analyze ROI to maximize advertising effectiveness.
Content Creation and Management:
- Generate creative content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the web development and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the web development or digital marketing industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and best practices. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
