Social Media Manager

Lioness Beauty Salon is a premium ladies’ beauty destination in Dubai, known for high-quality services, strong aesthetics, and an elevated client experience. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Lioness Beauty Salon’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms)
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, before/after, promotions)
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, offers, and brand positioning
• Capture content in-salon (photo & video) and coordinate with the team for shoots
• Write clear, engaging captions and manage hashtags and trends
• Monitor messages, comments, and community engagement professionally
• Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and provide basic reports
• Stay up to date with beauty, fashion, and social media trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats
• Ability to shoot and edit content using a phone (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Creative eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Based in Dubai or able to commute to the salon regularly
